Extremely heavy weights are NOT necessary for my classes. I focus on full body movements that engage multiple muscle groups with unique exercises and fatiguing sets. Every class will take you to the edge of your exhaustion and challenge you to push past.

But the truth is that even from your knees, push-ups are the best move to target nearly every muscle in the upper body. People will be surprised how quickly theyโll get stronger in this movement.
