Booking Class

All HypeHouse members must have an account with a valid email, phone number and card on file to register for classes. Registration for classes may be done online, on our app, or in-person at the studio.

Make sure your profile is filled out with your basic contact information (we love celebrating birthdays so we encourage you to make sure to fill that section out as well please) as well as a valid card on file. Once the account is created, you can choose your class on the app and for cycle classes you can select your bike. You can check out our Schedule page and choose your class there. Classes become available 2 weeks in advance.

Users can also book via Classpass. Please note you will not be able to select a bike with this method.

Cancellation + No Show Policy

All reservations must be canceled within the cancellation window in order to avoid penalty.  If you are on a 3, 5, or 10 Class Pack and fail to early cancel, you will forfeit one credit.  If you have a memberships and fail to early cancel, you will be subject to a $15 late cancel fee.

All no shows will incur a charge of $20.

All classes will have an 8 hour cancellation window except weekends and special events which will be 12 hours. Please be diligent in managing your bookings and cancel ahead of time to give other members the opportunity to come to class.

You can cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) log into your account and proceed with cancelation, or 2) call or text the studio to cancel the class for you (406) 304-8227.

Waitlist Policy

If you choose to place yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to the spot should it become available to you. If a waitlist spot becomes available and you are the top of the waitlist, you will automatically be placed in that spot and be notified via email. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, you are subject to the late cancellation/no show policy if you do not attend that class.

Be diligent in managing what classes you are on the waitlist for and be sure to cancel them if you won’t be able to attend or don’t want to risk a charge.

Classes are booking up fast but waitlists are often clearing so there is a good chance you will make it into the class you get on the waitlist for! If you are uncertain you’ll be able to make a certain time and want to avoid a potential fee, we recommend waiting until shortly before class time to check for availability and sign up then.
