Everything we do is to the beat of the music, matching our tension with the beat and adding varying choreography to target the entire body. The music and the beat are at the core of this workout and our instructors show up with some fire playlists, each with their own style. No generic Spotify playlists here, we find some of the best remixes and beats to keep you moving and motivated.


HypeRide

Our signature 45 minute cycling class designed to offer a full body workout with varying tempos, tension and even a focus on arms. This ride allows for a low-impact, high-intensity interval training workout, where you can take it at your own pace or go all out.

Hype60

Ready to challenge yourself? This 60-minute class features our signature HypeRide class with more songs, more moves, more arms, and a lot more sweat!

Theme Rides

Keep an eye out for our Theme Rides. We love a good theme and what better way to spice up your workout than throwing in a little battle ride, beach party costumes or an explicit AF playlist?

Costumes and participation is always optional but highly encouraged!
